Власна справа 2.0 – State Grants for Starting and Scaling a Business

Ukraine's updated state entrepreneurship grant programme is accepting applications under new rules from September 2026. Current September intake runs through 27 September 2026. Support ranges from UAH 100,000 for starting a business to as much as UAH 2.5 million for scaling, depending on the applicant and applicable bonuses.

About this opportunity

The programme is implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Environment, Ministry of Digital Transformation and State Employment Service. Under the updated model, start-up support can reach UAH 500,000 with bonuses, while scaling support can reach UAH 2.5 million. Applications are made through Diia.
