How FundPilotPro works

Browse without an account

You can search and filter every funding opportunity on FundPilotPro — by type, programme, country, sector, applicant type and budget — without registering. Create a free account when you are ready to save searches, bookmark opportunities or receive deadline reminders.

Understanding opportunity statuses

Every opportunity is marked Open, Forthcoming or Closed based on its opening and deadline dates. Open opportunities are currently accepting applications, Forthcoming ones will open soon, and Closed ones are shown for reference but no longer accept submissions.

Saving a search

Once you are signed in, set up your filters on the Funding opportunities page and click "Save this search". Saved searches appear in your dashboard, so you can revisit them any time without rebuilding the filters from scratch.

Bookmarking opportunities

Save individual opportunities you are interested in from their details page. Bookmarked opportunities are collected in your dashboard under Saved opportunities, so you can track the ones that matter to you.

Deadline reminders and alerts

From your notification settings you can turn on deadline reminders for the opportunities you have saved, and alerts for new opportunities that match your saved searches — delivered by email, on your dashboard, or both.

Keeping your profile up to date

Your profile — organisation, country and sectors of interest — helps FundPilotPro recommend opportunities that are relevant to you. You can update it at any time from your account settings.

Optional annual membership plans unlock extras like unlimited saved searches, priority deadline alerts and — on our Organisation plan — hands-on support from our team preparing your project and application. Opportunities are compiled from public funding programmes, donors and institutions. Always confirm details and deadlines on the official source before applying — each opportunity links to it.

No. FundPilotPro is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Union or any funding authority.

New and updated opportunities are added on an ongoing basis, and statuses (Open, Forthcoming, Closed) update automatically based on each opportunity's dates.

No — applications are submitted directly with the funding source or programme, not through FundPilotPro. An account simply helps you search, save and track opportunities on this platform.
