Support for capacity building of grassroots sports organisations in the Western Balkans and neighbouring Eastern countries through international partnerships, inclusive sport, exchange of experience, mobility and training. Projects last up to 36 months. Lump sum budgeting model with an EU contribution of 85% of the estimated eligible costs. Minimum evaluation threshold of 60/100 points and at least half of the available points in each criterion.
