EU-funded ORTAKLAŞA call for cultural cooperation projects between Türkiye and Europe. Opened 17 September 2026; deadline 18 December 2026. Grants are EUR 60,000–120,000 per project, with a total call budget of EUR 890,000 and a grant share of 70–95%.

About this opportunity

Implemented by İKSV with EU IPA III support and Culture Action Europe partnership, the call supports four-organisation cultural cooperation structures linking a Türkiye-based cultural NGO, a cultural NGO from an EU Member State or candidate country, and one municipality from each side.

Objectives

Strengthen EU–Türkiye cultural dialogue, cross-border cooperation, cultural mobility, co-production, participatory cultural policy and long-term networks between civil society, municipalities and cultural professionals.
