About this opportunity

Karacadağ Development Agency's 2026 TURGEP programme finances physical and technological capacity improvements of tourism-oriented businesses in the Diyarbakır Suriçi Urban Conservation Area and within the Şanlıurfa Conservation Development Plan boundaries. The total programme budget is TRY 100 million. Supported projects may use TRY 1–5 million in interest-free credit; the repayment term is 24 months with the first six months payment-free, and the Agency covers the financing/profit-share cost.

Objectives

Improve service quality, physical and technological capacity, local-product presentation, tourism competitiveness and sustainable use of the cultural heritage of Diyarbakır and Şanlıurfa.
