About this opportunity

The expanded programme includes €105 million of EU grants within a wider package of guarantees and technical assistance. Incentives focus on critical capital investment, high-performing and green technologies, war-damaged or war-affected businesses and other priority MSMEs.

Objectives

Maintain access to finance, modernise Ukrainian businesses, replace damaged assets and support alignment with EU standards.
